About the role
Join an award‑winning property company as a Lettings Consultant in Berkhamsted. This full‑time, onsite position offers the chance to develop your career in residential lettings, sales and property management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate and agree tenancies
- Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
Required profile
- Previous lettings experience
- Ambitious, hard‑working and customer‑service oriented
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Required skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Self‑starter with tenacity and ability to build trusted relationships
