Lettings Coordinator – St Johns Wood

About the role

This full‑time Lettings Coordinator position supports a busy lettings team in St Johns Wood, London. You will act as the central hub between landlords, tenants and internal departments, ensuring smooth onboarding, marketing and compliance of residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage landlord onboarding from compliance through to marketing.
• Prepare and dispatch paperwork, ensuring all properties meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate property records in internal systems.
• Book photography, floorplans and EPCs with external suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to have all documentation ready before move‑ins.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
• Provide feedback to landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Prepare marketing materials and market appraisal packs.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Process invoices, expenses and general administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role, preferably within lettings, estate agency or property.
• Strong organisational ability and capacity to manage a busy workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence when dealing with clients.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude.
