Lettings Lister

About the role

The Lettings Lister will drive new letting opportunities, match properties with tenants and negotiate tenancy agreements for Leaders, a reputable UK property group.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise business opportunities in the local lettings market.
• Book property viewings, register applicants and deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Negotiate and agree tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
• Represent the company professionally and build strong relationships with local property owners.
• Work towards personal and branch targets.

Required profile

• Ambitious, hard‑working and target‑driven.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with the public both on the phone and in person.
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
