Lettings Manager – Colindale

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning estate agency in Northwest London, is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their Colindale branch. You will be responsible for growing the lettings portfolio, supporting a high‑performing team and ensuring compliance with property legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Attend valuations and negotiate rental terms with landlords to expand the property portfolio.
• Manage the office and lettings team to a high standard, monitoring individual and overall performance.
• Provide training, support and advice to the team to meet and exceed targets.
• Liaise with directors on staff performance, market conditions and any operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords to secure future business.
• Handle daily enquiries via walk‑ins, telephone and email.
• Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure new instructions are advertised promptly.
• Promote additional services to existing clients and stay aware of competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years lettings experience, including recent senior team‑management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and performance‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of property law and relevant legislation.
• Valid driving licence and own car.
• Industry‑recognised qualifications such as ARLA are advantageous.
