Lettings Manager – Earlsfield (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This fixed‑term Lettings Manager position supports a leading South West London estate agency during a maternity cover period. You will own the performance of the lettings side of the branch, driving revenue, managing a portfolio and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall branch revenue, profitability and market share.
• Win new market appraisals and convert them into lettings instructions.
• Grow and maintain a strong managed portfolio while balancing rent‑collection and let‑only business.
• Coach, mentor and motivate the lettings team to exceed targets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance improvements and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator/Assistant Manager.
• Track record of winning business and expanding managed portfolios.
• Experience coaching or managing a lettings team.
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and the local market.
• Full UK driving licence.
