Lettings Manager – Harrow on the Hill

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings team in Harrow on the Hill. You will own a growing portfolio, drive new business and ensure high‑quality service for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Lead, mentor and develop the lettings team to meet and exceed targets.
• Generate new business through valuations, networking and referrals.
• Conduct rental valuations, secure new instructions and oversee property marketing.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiations and tenancy progression from offer to move‑in.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Harrow area.
• Handle escalated issues and provide solution‑focused outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong track record of generating new business and meeting targets.
• In‑depth knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
