Lettings Manager

About the role

The Lettings Manager will report directly to the owners/directors and will be responsible for running the day‑to‑day lettings operations of the Isleworth branch. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday role focuses on maintaining high service standards for existing landlords while actively generating new lettings instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the lettings side of the business, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the property management and lettings coordination teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and deliver high‑quality service.
• Generate new lettings instructions and grow the portfolio.
• Collaborate with an Assistant Manager and negotiators on listings, viewings, offers and valuations.
• Monitor and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and bonus structures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager, including business generation and listings.
• Ability to build and maintain landlord relationships.
• Strong ownership mindset and high internal standards.
• Local resident of the Isleworth area and car owner.
• Ready to start by the end of July and hit the ground running.

• Basic salary up to £36,000 per annum.
