Lettings Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to lead the growth of our Chiswick office and expand our presence across West London. You will own the development of market share, win new landlord instructions and build a high‑performing lettings team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new landlord instructions and valuation opportunities.
• Drive revenue, portfolio growth and market share in the local area.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, developers and local businesses.
• Manage the lettings pipeline, ensuring strong deal progression and consistent monthly revenue.
• Support recruitment, training and development as the team expands.
• Maintain high standards of client service, compliance and office operations.
• Contribute to wider business strategy and growth plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably at a senior or managerial level.
• Track record of winning instructions and generating revenue.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by growth.
• Strong negotiation, closing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Professional, polished and confident when dealing with clients.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

What we offer

• £50,000 basic salary plus £1,000 monthly car allowance.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £80,000–£100,000+.

• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 8:30‑18:30, Fri 8:00‑18:00, alternate Saturdays 10:00‑15:00.
