Lettings Manager – Lead a Residential Team in Leytonstone

About the role

Bairstow Eves, part of the Connells Group, is looking for a Lettings Manager to head its residential lettings branch in Leytonstone. You will be responsible for driving performance, growing market share and delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing lettings team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations and listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local landlords, tenants and property professionals.
• Drive business generation and meet target‑driven revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.
