About the role

Join CM Rent & Sales, part of the Connells Group, as a Lettings Manager in Witham. You will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of a residential lettings team, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while developing your own leadership career.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing lettings team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations, listings and tenant placements.
• Generate new business and increase market share within the local property market.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local agents.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or managerial lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management abilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting targets.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.
