Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings (Staines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our busy residential lettings operation in Staines. You will drive growth by securing new instructions, negotiating tenancies and delivering a high‑standard service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out lettings valuations and win new instructions.
• Negotiate offers and agree tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
• Progress lettings through to successful completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the lettings portfolio.
• Support and motivate the team while delivering outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum two years' experience in residential lettings.
• Proven success in winning instructions and conducting lettings valuations.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• ARLA qualification advantageous.
• Professional, proactive and self‑motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of the Staines area.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
