Lettings Manager – Residential Lettings Team Lead

About the role

Palmer Snell, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead its residential lettings team in Wells. This hands‑on leadership position combines day‑to‑day operational oversight with strategic growth of the branch’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the performance and growth of the Wells lettings team.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
• Oversee daily lettings operations, including valuations, listings and tenancy administration.
• Generate new business, meet targets and expand market share within the local property market.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with landlords, tenants and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
