Lettings Manager – West Bromwich

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to lead our West Bromwich lettings team. This full‑time role offers the chance to shape residential lettings in the area while working in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the West Bromwich lettings team (currently 2 negotiators, expanding to 3).
• Manage daily lettings operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Support valuations and property listings to attract new clients.
• Drive new business generation and increase market share.
• Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
• Motivate and develop team performance to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local property market.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Proven experience in a managerial or senior lettings role within an estate agency.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Target‑driven mindset focused on delivering outstanding results.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, positive, and proactive approach to challenges.
• Local area knowledge is a plus.
