Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Join Connells Group’s Sutton Kersh residential lettings team in Liverpool as a Lettings Negotiator. You will help prospective tenants find their next home while delivering a high‑quality customer experience throughout the lettings journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and agree lettings.
• Progress tenancies through to move‑in.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships to support branch growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings, estate agency or a customer‑facing sales role (preferred).
• Motivated by delivering outstanding customer service and achieving results.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, proactive and confident working in a target‑driven environment.
• IT literate and comfortable using technology.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
