Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a busy, well‑established estate agency in Harrow. The role involves managing the full lettings cycle, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Register applicants and assess their property requirements.
• Book and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Manage the lettings process from enquiry through to move‑in.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business opportunities and support property valuations.
• Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate information.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven with a proactive attitude.
• Well‑presented, professional and confident.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
