Lettings Negotiator – Kensington (£28‑32k base + OTE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well‑established agency operating in the prestigious Kensington area of London. This full‑time position offers a competitive basic salary plus attractive on‑target earnings, providing a clear pathway for career progression within a thriving property market.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties and negotiate tenancy agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the lettings process.
• Generate, follow up and manage applicant enquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the journey.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months’ experience in residential lettings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Passion for the property industry and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, ambitious and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
