Lettings Negotiator – Property Rental Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic property team in Southgate. You will be the front‑line contact for prospective tenants, delivering a high‑quality service while helping to grow our rental portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the lettings portfolio.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative duties with accurate record keeping.
• Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing professional and knowledgeable advice.
• Conduct accompanied property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Forge relationships with local businesses and employers around Build‑to‑Rent schemes to generate tenant referrals.
• Prioritise client needs by sourcing high‑quality, long‑term tenants rather than focusing solely on transaction volume.
• Travel across London and the home counties as required.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive basic salary £25,000‑£27,500 plus uncapped commission, total earnings £45,000‑£50,000.
• Full‑time hours: Mon‑Thu 9:00‑18:30, Fri 9:00‑18:00, Sat 10:00‑16:00 with rotating Saturdays off.
