Lettings Negotiator – Residential Lettings Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join Swetenhams’ residential lettings team in Frodsham. The role sits within Connells Group, the UK’s leading property services business, and offers a clear pathway to progress across lettings, sales, mortgage services and more.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lettings.
• Manage the lettings process through to tenant move‑in.

Required profile

• Ideally previous experience in lettings or sales.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet and email systems.
