About the role

We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s office in Isleworth, Greater London. In this role you will guide landlords and tenants through the letting process, helping them find the right match and ensuring a smooth transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, responding promptly to their needs.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available rentals.
• Negotiate rental agreements and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor local market trends, rental rates and competition to advise clients accurately.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
