Lettings Valuation Manager – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Valuation Manager to join a thriving independent estate agency in High Wycombe. You will play a pivotal part in expanding the residential lettings portfolio, building strong landlord relationships and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out lettings market appraisals and secure new instructions.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients.
• Advise landlords on pricing, marketing strategies and current market conditions.
• Work closely with the lettings team to maximise instructions and completed lets.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings with a strong valuation background.
• Proven track record of winning new lettings instructions.
• Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
