Level 2 Apprentice – Property Maintenance Operations

About the role

This 24‑month Level 2 Apprenticeship gives you hands‑on experience in property maintenance while you study for a nationally recognised qualification. You will split your time between remote learning with Grey Seal and practical work on site, often using a company van.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the property maintenance team across the Welwyn region.
• Perform routine repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Provide customer‑focused service to tenants and clients.
• Drive a company van safely once you hold a full UK driving licence.
• Complete online learning modules and attend on‑site training sessions.

Required profile

• Alignment with Sanctuary’s values of ambition, inclusion, integrity, quality and sustainability.
• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (grade 4 or above) including Maths and English.
• Strong practical, problem‑solving and physical work abilities.
• Enthusiasm to learn and dedication to the apprenticeship.
• Hold or be on track to obtain a full UK driving licence.
