About the role
We are looking for a Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our vibrant nursery in Chiswick. You will help children explore, learn and develop through play, supporting them to become confident, curious learners.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver our ‘Learning through play’ ethos across daily activities.
- Design and implement innovative, age‑appropriate learning experiences.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare and adhere to all safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- NVQ/Cache Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
- Understanding of the EYFS framework and early years development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, energetic and positive outlook.
Required skills
- Knowledge of EYFS standards.
- Ability to plan and organise engaging activities.
