Level 3 Early Years Educator – Flexible/Temporary (Kent)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our flexible bank staff team in Kent. The role offers a variety of shifts across private nurseries, children’s centres and preschools, allowing you to work when it best fits your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s play, learning and overall development.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, toileting and sleep time.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum of one year experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Current Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to refresh).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Childcare qualification at Level 2 or Level 3.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Paediatric First Aid certification.
