About the role

Join a forward‑thinking nursery group in Westminster, London, as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. You will support children aged 6 months to 5 years, delivering high‑quality care and learning within a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver teaching and learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning to track each child's progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment at all times.
• Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures and support daily routines.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or higher).
• Experience working with children aged 6 months to 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion for early childhood development and a proactive attitude.
