Level 3 Early Years Educator – Wimbledon

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a well‑established nursery in Wimbledon. The role starts in September and offers a supportive, child‑centred environment where you can help children thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a group of key children, supporting their learning and development.
• Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Complete observations, assessments and learning journeys.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and carers to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

Required profile

• Recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Montessori experience or qualifications (advantageous, not essential).
