About the role

Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join a candidate pool for immediate starts across North London, focusing on the borough of Enfield. You will work in nurturing nursery settings, delivering high‑quality early education and care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences through play.
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Promote communication, social and emotional growth.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assist with daily care routines and wellbeing of children.

Required profile

• Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Experience working in an early years setting or as a Level 3 practitioner.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Caring, enthusiastic, reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for an ASAP start.
