Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full-Time Nursery Role

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a high‑quality nursery in Fulham on a full‑time basis. You will help deliver play‑based EYFS learning experiences that nurture curiosity, independence and holistic development for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led activities across the seven EYFS areas of learning.
• Observe and assess children, contributing to individual learning journeys and progress records.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and language‑rich environment that supports all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing insights and updates.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Experience working in an EYFS nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS, Development Matters, SEND and EAL support.
• Professional, reliable and warm approach to children and families.
• Awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Required skills

• Ability to deliver child‑led, play‑based learning.
• Proficiency in observing, assessing and documenting child progress.
• Effective communication with parents, carers and team members.
