Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

About the role

Nurture Education is seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive primary school in Harrow. You will help young children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Key responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development within the EYFS.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Promote safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing at all times.
• Support children with additional needs where required.

Required profile

• Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in a nursery, preschool or primary school.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
