Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – One Day per Week in Richmond

About the role
This part‑time position supports a warm, two‑form entry primary school in Richmond Upon Thames. Working one day per week in the Nursery and Reception setting, you will help deliver high‑quality early learning experiences for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Support Nursery and Reception children with early learning, communication and social development.
- Lead play‑based activities and small‑group learning sessions.
- Deliver phonics and early literacy programmes using structured resources.
- Promote a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers and EYFS leads.
Required profile
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working in a UK Nursery or Reception setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Warm, positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to build quick rapport with young children.
