Level 3 Nursery Assistant

About the role

Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to support children’s learning and development in a nurturing early years setting. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment focused on child‑centred education.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
• Follow EYFS guidelines and contribute to observations and assessments.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of early years professionals.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• A warm, enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for early childhood development.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
