Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Early Years Team

About the role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the Early Years team from September 2026. The role involves supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing, play‑based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning within the Nursery classroom.
- Assist with observations, assessments, and children’s developmental records.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team to deliver high‑quality provision.
Required profile
- Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification or an equivalent recognised Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience in a Nursery, Reception, or Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
- Confidence delivering play‑based and child‑led activities.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Caring, proactive, and passionate about supporting every child to reach their full potential.
