Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Full‑time & Flexible Roles in East London

About the role

We are seeking qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join a variety of early years settings across East London. The role involves supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in nurseries, children’s centres and primary schools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver play‑based activities that align with the EYFS framework.
• Create safe, stimulating environments that encourage exploration.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Monitor and record each child’s progress and achievements.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare procedures are followed at all times.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (EYP), CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in nurseries, pre‑schools or primary school early years settings.
• Enthusiastic, nurturing attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
