Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Full‑time (Leeds)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our early years team in Leeds. You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children, supporting their learning and development from February half‑term through to the summer.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote early years development.
• Support each child’s individual needs and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high‑quality learning environment.
• Cover all shift patterns between 8 am and 6 pm, with rotas provided in advance.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work full‑time until the summer.
• Passionate about supporting children’s growth and development.

Required skills

• Paediatric First Aid certification.
