Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Early Years (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre‑School. You will work in a supportive, friendly environment, helping children learn, play and develop safely while following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that align with EYFS goals.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Compassionate, reliable and dedicated to early years education.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Level 3 childcare qualification.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices.
• Ability to plan and execute engaging activities for young children.
