About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our supportive team at CherryGrove Day Nursery in High Wycombe. You will work full‑time (42 hours per week) in a nurturing environment, helping children learn, play and develop safely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan fun, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build trusted relationships with children and their families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, supportive and engaging atmosphere.

Required profile

• Compassionate, reliable and committed to early years education.
• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Confident written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Understanding of safeguarding best practices.
