About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Footsteps Nursery Dosthill. You will work in a bright, purpose‑built environment, supporting children’s learning and development while collaborating with a supportive, friendly staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive nursery environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a happy, supportive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference daily.
• Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Confident written and spoken English.
• Desirable experience in an Early Years setting and knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
