Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Full‑time (Ringwood)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join Ellingham House Day Nursery in Ringwood. You will work in a beautiful Georgian country house surrounded by gardens, woodland and paddocks, delivering high‑quality early years education and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring environment where each child’s individual needs are met.
• Observe, assess and plan stimulating early years activities that support each child’s development.
• Collaborate with the team, showing flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
• Follow company policies, risk assessments and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Promote the physical, intellectual, social and emotional development of children.

Required profile

• Full Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluent written and spoken English (essential).
• At least 1 year experience in an Early Years setting (desirable).
• Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements (desirable).
• Commitment to safeguarding and a DBS certificate.

Required skills

• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Strong communication in English.
