Level 3 Practitioner – Early Years Nursery (Reading)

About the role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly nursery in Reading. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to support children during the most critical stages of their development, working within a warm and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework.
- Support each child's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating setting for all children.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Promote inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities throughout the nursery.
- Assist with daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the setting.
Required profile
- Recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years practice.
- Caring, enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
