Level 3 Practitioner – Reading Nursery

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive nursery in Reading. This full‑time permanent position offers the chance to make a real difference in the early years of children’s development, whether you are newly qualified or already experienced.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
• Create a safe, positive and stimulating environment for all children.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Promote inclusion, equality and diversity across the setting.
• Assist with daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery.

Required profile

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for early years education and child development.
