Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer – Glasgow Quay

About the role

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer to join our Glasgow Quay gym on a part‑time, temporary basis. You will work in a supportive, inclusive environment, helping members achieve their fitness goals while delivering high‑quality training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalised training programmes for members of all abilities.
• Conduct one‑to‑one and group fitness sessions, including Hyrox‑style workouts.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating gym environment.
• Track client progress and adjust programmes as needed.
• Promote gym services and membership benefits.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• Passionate about fitness and helping others succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (funded by employer).
• Knowledge of modern gym equipment and training techniques.
