Join The Gym Group as a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer at our Newport location on the Isle of Wight. You will work in a vibrant, 24/7 gym environment, delivering tailored fitness sessions to members and supporting the community’s health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one and group personal training sessions.
• Design and adjust exercise programmes based on client assessments.
• Lead Hyrox‑specific training sessions and other specialised classes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
• People‑focused with strong communication skills.
