About the role

The Gym Group is seeking a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer to join our Liverpool One location. You will work in a vibrant, 24/7 gym environment, delivering personalised training sessions and supporting members on their fitness journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one personal training sessions and group classes.
• Perform fitness assessments and create tailored exercise programmes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment.
• Promote gym services, including Hyrox training sessions.
• Support members with goal setting and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Passionate, people‑focused and able to work flexible hours.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to professional development.

Required skills

• Personal training and exercise programming.
• Fitness assessment techniques.
• First Aid knowledge (funded qualification provided).
