About the role

The Gym Group is seeking a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer to join our Manor House location in North London. This part‑time, temporary role offers the chance to work in a vibrant, 24/7 gym environment while helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one and group personal training sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Design and adjust workout programmes in line with client objectives and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
• Promote The Gym Group’s services, including Hyrox training sessions.
• Track client progress and provide feedback to encourage continual improvement.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• Passion for fitness and a people‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, inclusive training experiences.

Required skills

• First Aid certification (funded by the employer).
