LGV Driver – Waste Collection (Cheltenham)

About the role

Ubico is seeking experienced LGV drivers to join its waste‑collection team in Cheltenham. You will operate LGV vehicles to collect refuse and recyclables from residential and commercial properties, helping keep the community clean and green.

Key responsibilities

• Drive LGV (Class 2) vehicles on assigned routes throughout Cheltenham.
• Collect waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and secure collections in accordance with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and vehicle mileage.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report any defects.

Required profile

• Valid LGV licence – Class 2 minimum.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to eco‑friendly and safe driving practices.

Required skills

• LGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Vehicle operation and basic maintenance knowledge.
