Liability Loss Adjuster

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Liability Loss Adjuster to join our Milton Keynes team. You will apply strong technical expertise in Employers Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Products and Motor liability claims, managing a varied caseload and delivering high‑quality reporting to our insurer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims across EL, PL, Products and Motor lines.
• Handle complex cases from instruction through to settlement.
• Conduct site visits, interviews and gather evidence.
• Produce clear, detailed reports for insurer clients.
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting service standards.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, claimants and solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in liability claims investigation and handling.
• Strong technical knowledge of EL, PL, Products and Motor liability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Full UK driving licence.
