Liberate Case Management System Administrator

About the role

This is a hands‑on Liberate Case Management Administrator position supporting the existing Liberate platform while helping to select, implement and configure a future web‑based case management solution. You will work closely with department heads and key users to understand current workflows, identify improvement opportunities and develop a clear scope of work and delivery timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing Liberate workflows, screens, processes and configuration.
• Collaborate with department heads and users to capture pain points and priorities.
• Develop a scoped delivery plan and timeline for system improvements.
• Configure and optimise Liberate to make processes more efficient.
• Support changes such as workflow updates, rates, tables, screens and process amendments.
• Reduce reliance on third‑party support by building in‑house expertise.
• Document existing processes and system configuration.
• Assist in preparing the business for a future case‑management system migration.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Liberate and related legal/case‑management processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience with the Liberate case management platform.
• Ability to work closely with business users to gather requirements.
• Self‑motivated and capable of delivering improvements independently.
