Licensed Medical Professional (Per Diem)

About the role

Restore Dispensaries is seeking a Licensed Medical Professional to work on a per‑diem basis at its Pennsylvania location. The role ensures clinical integrity, patient safety, and full regulatory compliance within the medical marijuana program.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with new and returning patients on product selection, dosing, and consumption methods.
• Assess patient needs, provide evidence‑based guidance, and educate on benefits, risks, and responsible use.
• Verify patient eligibility and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program rules before dispensing.
• Monitor each medical transaction for safety and regulatory accuracy, maintaining proper documentation.
• Prepare for scheduled and unscheduled regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with dispensary leadership to uphold safe dispensing practices and support workflow during peak periods.

Required profile

• Licensed medical professional with a valid Pennsylvania Department of Health certification or willingness to obtain one (company reimburses training costs).
• Completion of the mandatory 4‑hour certification training for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program.
• Ability to work on a per‑diem, onsite schedule and report to the Dispensary Manager.
• Commitment to patient safety, clinical integrity, and regulatory compliance.
