About the role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a Lifeguard at our Cambridge club. You will be responsible for maintaining poolside safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering a great experience for members.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure pool areas meet all health and safety requirements.
- Conduct pool water tests in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety checks and test results.
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for members.
Required profile
- Hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.
- Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
- Team‑player who shares knowledge and best practice.
