About the role

Join Hallmark Care Homes as a Lifestyle Assistant and help create a vibrant, welcoming environment for residents. You will support daily activities that promote physical, mental and emotional well‑being, ensuring each resident enjoys a high quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver a variety of social, recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual abilities and interests.
• Collaborate with care staff to integrate activities into residents’ care plans.
• Maintain activity resources, equipment and documentation.
• Support residents with personal interests, hobbies and community outings.

Required profile

• Friendly, compassionate and able to build genuine relationships with residents and families.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work part‑time shifts on‑site.
• Previous experience in a care home, residential setting or similar environment is advantageous.
