Lift Service Supervisor – Westbrook

About the role

Orona Limited is seeking a Lift Service Supervisor to join its busy Warrington office. The role blends office‑based coordination with hands‑on field work, supporting the service and call‑out team across the North West region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Service Engineers and Field Technicians on a daily basis.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to the service team.
• Plan engineer routes using the MS2 app to maximise productivity and minimise travel costs.
• Ensure all scheduled visits are completed each calendar month.
• Monitor engineer productivity and address call‑outs, troubleshooting lifts and communicating proposals to clients.
• Coordinate resolution actions, minimise lift downtime, and oversee isolated lift cases.
• Organise internal and external training, mentor team members and support their progression.
• Conduct maintenance audits and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Provide technical customer support and drive improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Clean UK driving licence (essential).
• Right to work in the UK (mandatory).
• Engineering background (mechanical or electronics) is advantageous.
• Experience managing or coordinating a team is a plus, with training provided.
